The roll coating forging protective lubricant powder has low high temperature viscosity, which can be extended with metal deformation. The lubricant applied on the metal surface reduces the friction force in the extrusion barrel to the minimum value and plays a lubricating role; the forging protective lubricant pad with high temperature instantaneous fusibility and narrow melting temperature range melts timely and evenly, the outflow of lubricating film is stable and continuous, and the lubricating effect is good. In the process of extrusion, the forging protective lubricant pad melts layer by layer when it contacts with the metal, which can insulate and protect the die, reduce the extrusion pressure and improve the metal fluidity.

In the process of heating, the forging protective lubricant forms a compact and firm film layer, which insulates the contact between the atmosphere and the matrix to achieve the purpose of protection; moreover, it has good wear reduction performance and is a good lubricant in the hot deformation and hot processing.

3. Insulation and insulation

In extrusion production, the temperature drop of the blank can be caused by the transfer of the blank and the contact with the cold die. The effective way to take effective measures is to ensure that the products have a small temperature drop through effective heat preservation means, to ensure the extrusion plasticity and structure.

The thermal conductivity of forging protective lubricant material is 1 / 10 of that of metal. The application of forging protective lubricant to heat preservation of deformed metal can prevent or reduce the heat loss of metal materials, improve the plasticity and facilitate the hot forming; the application of forging protective lubricant pad can separate the die from the hot metal and prolong the life of the die.

Lubricants for superalloy forging:

Product H-1: applicable temperature: 960-1160 ℃

Product H-2: applicable temperature: 660-960 ℃

*PH value: 7-9

*4 × cup viscosity: 25-30s

*Coating thickness: 0.15-0.2mm

Forging protective lubricants for titanium and titanium alloys:

Product TI-1: applicable temperature: 950-1150 ℃

Product TI-2: applicable temperature: 650-950 ℃

*Anti oxidation and anti alloy element dilution of titanium alloy hot forging;

*It can effectively reduce the heat loss in the process of titanium alloy forging, reduce the number of forging fires and save energy;

*Reducing deformation resistance, improving plasticity and surface quality of forgings;
